2025 TechTribe Internship Programme
The 2025 TechTribe Internship Programme is designed to develop critical skills, provide valuable exposure, and create pathways for long-term professional opportunities within innovation and technology ecosystems. Through this programme, we aim to cultivate future talent that aligns with the demands of a digitally driven world.
Our approach emphasizes:
- Building technical proficiency with digital tools and remote working platforms—familiarity with these tools is an asset and highly encouraged.
- Enhancing skills in automation, AI, and Microsoft 365.
- Providing exposure to real-world innovation and tech projects.
- Offering opportunities to connect with SAIS’s extensive network for potential permanent placements.
This programme offers a unique opportunity for participants to gain firsthand experience, develop meaningful skills, and integrate into a professional network that supports their long-term career aspirations. Interns are equipped to transition seamlessly into roles within SAIS or partner organizations. This is the fourth year of the programme, and 90% of interns have either landed full-time jobs elsewhere or been absorbed into SAIS immediately after the internship. Over the years, we have hosted more than 26 interns, implementing robust processes to support, guide, and ensure they are utilised in roles where they can be stretched and grow to their fullest potential.
While this programme offers incredible exposure and career growth opportunities, it also requires dedication, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Interns will take on significant responsibilities, often being thrown into the deep end with limited support—but this challenging environment fosters rapid learning, independence, and a competitive edge in the job market.
