SAIS2020 Virtual365 EDITION: A two-screen Event Experience
Welcome to the first ever SAIS completely online event! We are looking forward to joining attendees that are oceans apart from across the world in an event experience that we hope will impress.
To help you make the most of the event, we thought we’d give you a few pointers.
How does it work?
With 2 screens! The web app on your PC, and the mobile app in your hand. The event app is now live. This means you can download the app at your app store of choice (either Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and also access the web app. Please remember to create your profile using the email address you used to register.
The web app is the best way to watch the hours of talks, interviews and keynotes. It’s also the best way to network face-to-face and make meaningful connections.
Our mobile app is your lightweight assistant and event companion, helping you plan the event and do all your pre-conference networking. Our mobile app helps you plan the event and do all your pre-conference networking. Use it to discover people and companies, bookmark talks, sessions, masterclasses and workshops. If you’re on the move you can still stream our tracks on the mobile app.
Your step-by-step guide
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to download and log in to the mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as well as the web app.
- Create your profile and you’re ready to go. Schedule meetings, bookmark unmissable talks and connect with attendees.
- Join a breakout session, mingle with attendees from your industry and watch hours of content, all from your desktop.
Networking is a key part of any event and we have made sure that virtual networking is even easier and better. However, there is one thing to note. Networking happens on both the web app and the mobile app via the “M&I” button (Match&Invest). Here you will find full profiles of attendees, suggested meetings for you and the place to have a virtual meeting call. You can use the mobile app, only, to browse attendees with quick glace profiles under the “attendees” button.
