Stieneke Samuel has specialized in regional development and development finance locally and internationally. Her experience spans over 15 years working in the private and public sectors. She has championed Cluster Development in South Africa having introduced CDP. Stieneke holds an MBA from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCom) from UNISWA. She is a Certified associate to the institute of bankers (CAIB SA) and also has a project management qualification. Stieneke is currently Chief Director Regional Industrial Development at the Department of Trade and Industry and is leading the Industrial Parks Revitalization Programme.
