The Eskom Innovation Circuit always knew that Albert Einstein was a playful old soul and said stuff like, “Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT’S relativity.” That’s why, at Eskom, managing and facilitating innovation goes hand in hand with people management. For innovation to flourish, you need lots of passionate people and lots of fun. The Eskom’s Innovation Circuit team’s story is all about that journey.

Fred de Villiers is the Communication Coordinator of the Eskom Innovation Circuit team. He has dabbled in PR, Communications, teaching, writing, editing and training and has identified Innovation as a possible solution to humankind’s future dilemmas.
